We will need complete access to the grounds of the Subject Property and any buildings or structures on Site. Please provide details about how to schedule a site visit, your availability, and any access limitations expected (e.g., locked gates, restricted areas, tenant-occupied units).

If applicable, describe any structures, buildings, or other permanent improvements on the Subject Property (type, age, size, condition, current use).

Do you have knowledge of any current or past septic systems on the Subject Property?

HUD environmental reviews are conducted at different levels:

  • Exempt: Activities with no potential environmental impact
  • CEST: Minimal impact requiring basic compliance reviews
  • EA: Projects requiring detailed environmental analysis
  • EIS: Major projects with significant environmental impacts
